Your Google account data is used solely for authentication and to send outreach emails on your behalf through the Gmail API, as explicitly authorized by you. Your search data, prospect selections, and profile information are used to generate personalized outreach emails.
4. Gmail API Usage
ApplyFlow requests access to send emails via the Gmail API. This access is used exclusively to send outreach emails that you have generated and reviewed within the application. We do not read, store, or access any existing emails in your Gmail account beyond what is necessary for sending.
5. Business Data
ApplyFlow retrieves publicly available business information using the Google Places API. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and categories. Email addresses are extracted from publicly available business websites. This data is used solely to facilitate your outreach activities.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you through your authenticated account. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
